    I was wondering if there was any way a culvert could be put over Hatch Road and the low water crossing be raised so that we have a shorter access route to Lorena? From our house, on Old Bethany, it is four miles to Lorena, but taking the back roads to Williams it's about six miles. With the I 35 access road only one way and without Hatch usable we are stranded. Is there anything you can do to alleviate our situation? I appreciate anything you can do to help.
